* Remote desktop, phone support, and on-site support as described in the support contracts are offered during business hours (9am-5pm). Incidents outside of business hours are billed at off-hours rates.  The basic support contract includes up to three hours of phone/remote support and up to two on-site visits per month.  See the support contract for details and pricing.
